Shipping & Returns

Standard Delivery
Customers can expect to have their order filled correctly delivered within 7-10 working days, depending on the final destination. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For your safety all packages require signature upon delivery.
We do not deliver to PO boxes. We suggest delivery to a home address or a business where someone is available to sign for delivery during business hours.

Returns Policy & Process
We are very proud of our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will help you with an exchange or refund.

Items must be returned within 14 days of original shipment date in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached). The form of an exchange / return of our deposit must be included with the article when it returned. We recommend using recommended as our store is not responsible for items not received if a client tries to send an article to our store by non registered mail. Please allow 10 days from the day you return the product to your account to be credited or your exchange product to be returned.

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns that have not been purchased online or through our retail stores. we can not exchange the product for a style not within our range of products in our online store.

defective items
Items will be checked by our team assessments, and where the object is deemed to be defective due to fabrication or material defect, our Store will replace or refund without additional shipping charges. If deemed not to be defective, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this type of return.

If you change your mind Our store is able to accept the elements that have had the tags removed, have been customized, worn or washed. Change of mind returns only apply to the items in a resalable condition. Valet Additional shipping charges do not apply for replacement items. Our Store or exchange the item or refund the amount of the item, net of original shipping charges.

wrong Size No redelivery fee is charged for the exchange of a dimension.
wrong color Our store will cover the cost of delivery, if the color item you received is not what you originally purchased. As customers can appreciate, however, the colors shown in the internet stock exchange may not be an exact match for physical goods, then the color is shown for illustration purposes only.

Refunds on Shipping and expenses
If we made a mistake and sent the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, refund shipping and the cost of credit card. A copy of our tax bill deposit may be required for proof of purchase..
